Under the condition of global warming, heat waves occur more and more frequently, which have been turned out to be the hot topic of this century. The epidemiological studies have found that they can cause serious health issues, both including diseases and deathes. The purpose of this project is to analyze the relationship between cardiovascular disease(CVD) and heat wave by collecting the data of CVDs and meteorology,and also explore the related mechanism through the epidemiological investigation and animal experiments. The time series analysis will be used to explore the correlation between heat wave and CVD by gathering the meteorological data of heat wave and the clinical data of CVD in Shijiazhuang and Nanjing. Heat wave models,including dry and wet heat wave, will be established by analyzing the meteorological data.Sensitive risk factors related to CVD will be selected and determined in animals exposed to the heat waves.
