用EP病毒在狨猴上诱发了淋巴瘤，建立了两株携带EB病毒的EBNA，LMP、EA和VCA基因的B淋巴细胞传代系，细胞上EB病毒的抗原可与NPC病人血清中的IgA产生特异性免疫学反应，成功地使EB病毒的EBLF1基因在大肠杆菌中高效表达，采用受体转移技术，把Eb病毒CR2导入哺乳动物传代细胞中，建立了EB病毒细胞感染模型。成功地把EBNA2和HYg基因克隆于一个真核表达载体，并使这两个基因在BHK细胞中均获得高效表达。
