通过对我国常见的胞囊线种核糖体DNA中基因间非编码的ITS及IGS区域比较研究,旨在明确不同种及种内群体的系统进化关系;克隆具有种或小种鉴定特征的特异性分子标记,经序列分析,设计种或小种的特异性引物,建立以单胞囊为单元的分子诊断系统。研究结果将填补国际空白,对明确我国胞囊线虫的遗传多样性以及线虫病害的测报均有重要的理论意义。
