After immunocytochemical localization of neuropeptide F in cestoda Moniezia expansa, thing's happened that around the reproductive system of the cestoda, there was nearly none of immunoreactivity was found. According to this result, the goal of this project had been changed to study the light and ultrastructure changes during the development of main organs of reproductive system of the cestoda; change states of main materials during development. Completed Spermatogenesis, spermiogenesis and spermatozoon in the cestode and the phylogeny of the Eucestoda; Fine structure and cytochemistry of ootype, the wall of ootype and Mehlis's gland; Fine structure of Vitellogenesis; Interproglottidal glands- the special structure of Moniezia expansa; Observation of epithelium, wall and lumen of reproductive structure of Moniezia expansa with scanning and transmission electronic microscopes; ultrastructure of protonephridial system in the cestoda. In a word, the changed goal of this project had been finished in a successful manner.
