绿洲城市环境容载力及生态调控机理—以乌鲁木齐为例

Abstract: Through three years， investigation of this item, a 300,000 words，scientific research report and government consultation report are finished and tied to published formally. This study report based on the enviromental capacity and enviromental carrying-ability theory, applied to multi-subject，s new theories, new methods and new technology means, according to Urumuqi and Haerbin regional city, established compositive indicator system which reflect the development level and enviromental bearing capacity of city and the model of design assessment, predict and distinguish ,systematically analyzed regional enviromental bearing capacity，s influence factors, predicted population economic development tendency, quantitatively evaluated the gross and weight of city enviromental bearing capacity, measured the sustainability degree of city enviromental bearing capacity--saturation degree, potential degree and adjustment and control degree, then carried on total planning, investigated its ecology control mechanism and target, brought forward ecology control measure system, target system, organizing management system and adjustment and control contermeasures of city sustainable development, this primarily formed the theory and method frame of regional enviromental bearing capacity, and supplied important theory and decision-making base for strengthening the national city ecological enviromental management system and enriching enviroment study, ecological theory and method.

本项目应用多学科理论和方法，基于环境容量和承载力两个理论，以乌鲁木齐地区绿洲城市为例，通过调研建立评价指标体系，设计模型群，评价城市化生态影响，分析城市发展趋势，进而对城市环境容载力进行评估和区划，研究其生态调控机理，并提出其调控体系及其对策，从而丰富和完善环境学、生态学理论和方法，为加强国家城市环境管理提供决策依据。
