Low carbon management behavior of manufacturing enterprise is related to the implementation of low-carbon development strategy in our country. From a new perspective of the interaction between goods management and capital operation, the project studies the dynamic evolution mechanism of manufacturing enterprise low-carbon management behavior and its guide policies with the system dynamic method. Firstly, this project uses the theory of value creation to build the system structure of enterprise low-carbon management behavior based on the value flow, and combines behavior science theory to reveal the interaction and evolution mechanism of low-carbon goods management behavior and low-carbon capital operation behavior. Secondly, the project explores the influence factors of the dynamic evolution of manufacturing enterprise low-carbon management behavior with empirical research methods, builds the SD model flow chart, and reveals the dynamics complex causal relationships among enterprise low-carbon management behaviors and various influence factors. Thirdly, the project builds a SD simulation model of dynamic evolution and influence factors of manufacturing enterprise low-carbon management behavior by taking Jiangxi enterprises for examples. Finally, the project explores the change of enterprise low-carbon management behavior under different policy conditions through policy simulation, gives the optimal policy options which can guide Jiangxi manufacturing enterprise low-carbon management behavior to achieve goals in a given time. This project can provide path guidance for manufacturers to achieve low-carbon development, provide new ideas for the government to make low-carbon policy, and provide theoretical support for Jiangxi green uprising.
制造企业的低碳经营行为关系到企业与国家低碳发展战略的实现。本项目拟从商品经营与资本经营互动新视角,借助系统动力学反馈动态性复杂分析方法,研究制造企业低碳经营行为的动态演化机理及其引导政策问题。首先,运用价值创造理论构建基于价值流的企业低碳经营行为结构系统,结合行为科学理论揭示商品经营行为低碳化与资本经营行为低碳化的相互作用机制及演化机理;其次,通过实证研究探查制造企业低碳经营行为动态演化的影响因素,并运用系统动力学分析构建SD模型流图,揭示低碳经营行为与内外影响因素间动态性复杂因果关系;然后,以江西企业为例构建制造业企业低碳经营行为动态演化及影响因素的SD仿真模型;最后,通过政策仿真探究不同政策条件下企业低碳经营行为的变化,给出引导江西制造企业低碳经营行为在既定时间实现低碳发展目标的最优政策方案。为制造企业实现低碳发展提供路径指导,为政府制定低碳政策提供新思路,为江西绿色崛起提供理论支撑。
