A uniform theory and scheme of the identical self-synchronization are proposed based on the stability theory of the danamical system. The sensitivity to initial conditions only reflect in Lyapunov exponents, so Lyapunov exponents do not take as the criterion of system producing chaos. The negativity of Lyapunov exponents and the zero or negative of derivative of Lyapunov function is only used as a criterion of the identical self-synchronization, but is not the that of the general coupling systems. The chaotic masking of the generalized synchronization is proposed based the theory of of the generalized synchronization to overcome shortcoming of masking of the identical self-synchronization. We analyze the sensitive errors of chaotic synchronization, the errors of delay synchronization and the frequency characteristic of the chaotic system, so we prove that chaotic signal can not be used as the carrier wave of the wireless communication. Finally, we propose two research projects: one is the receiving of stochastic resonance in chaotic communication, other is the rebuilding mathematic model from spread spectrum sequence.
