肝癌是一种高度恶性的肿瘤，体内外研究表明：乙型肝炎病毒HBx蛋白在肝癌的发生中起着重要作用。应用RNAi(RNAinterference)技术阻断HBx基因在肝癌细胞中的表达以研发一种新的治疗肝癌的方法。
