“巴沙嘎”类蒙药材品种整理与品质评价研究

To enrich the connotation of Mongolian medicine modernization, we systematically classify and investigate the historical origins, herbalogical study, variety resources, chemical compositions, pharmacology activities, efficacy and quality evaluation of “Bashaga” Mongolian medicine, which are based on the traditional medicine and combined the comprehensive advantages of multidisciplinary cross and penetration in herb resource, plant taxonomy, phytochemistry, pharmacology, molecular pharmacognosy and informatics etc. We will identify the correct original plants of "Basaga" Mongolian medicinal materials and construct a new model for comprehensive evaluation of "Basaga" Mongolian medicinal materials, which could effectively evaluate the quality of main varieties of "Basaga" Mongolian medicines and ensure their quality and safety. Meanwhile, we will clarify the correlations and internal regulations between the efficacy (pharmacological effects and the traditional therapeutic effects) and chemical components combined with the theory and characteristics of "Basaga" Mongolian medicine, which lays the foundation for the establishment of theories and methods for the research of Mongolian medicinal materials with national characteristics.

为了丰富蒙药现代化研究的内涵，我们以传统医药学为基础，利用本草资源学、植物分类学、植物化学、药理学、分子生药学和计算机信息学等多学科交叉渗透的综合优势，对“巴沙嘎”类蒙药材的历史来源、本草考证、品种资源、化学成分、药理活性、药效及品质评价等方面进行系统的整理与研究，确认“巴沙嘎”类蒙药材的正确基原植物，并构建多指标综合评价“巴沙嘎”类蒙药材的新模式，以此有效评价“巴沙嘎”类蒙药材主流品种的品质，保证此类蒙药材的质量与安全，并结合蒙药材药性理论和特点阐明“巴沙嘎”类蒙药材疗效（药理作用及传统疗效）-化学成分间的相关性及内在规律，丰富蒙药现代化研究的科学内涵，为建立具有民族特色蒙药材研究理论和方法奠定基础。
