The design of complex mechanical product is always a team effort in which groups of experts from many disciplines and different locations work together. Therefore, it not only has important theoretical significance but also has considerable practical value to establish a new information supporting environment for implementing remote cooperative design of distributed enterprises based on Internet. According to features of distributed cooperative work for mechanical design, this project researches the basic principle of cooperative work and some key enabling technologies how to build distributed cooperative design system on the Internet. Through analyzing the general function requirements of remote design system orienting dynamic alliance,the framework architecture of remote cooperative design is presented based on Web and multi-agent technology. The integrated method of network platform, modeling method of product information, principle for development process modeling, theory for task distributing and scheduling, and modeling methods of organization and the cooperative mechanism of team work are researched. We present a method of constructing information processing cell (IPC) and cooperative work cell (CWC) for the remote cooperative design of mechanical products, and implement CWC integration based Web server and database server through Internet in order to integrate heterogeneous design resources and tools. It provides a new method for partners to use design resources and tools of dynamic alliance.
探讨网络环境下基于Web技术的异构CAD/CAM系统之间实现协同设计与原型制造的原理和关键技术。提出以特征模型为主体并适用HTML协议要求的综合产品数字模型,构造多智能体实施协同作业中的模型转换、冲突协调、评价与控制等问题的求解行为。通过建立异构环境下异地协同作业的体系结构,为机械样品异地设计和远程制造提供一种理论方法和实施技术。
