A new method to treat the nonperturbative QCD effect is proposed under the dilute instanton liquid approximation and globe color symmetry model. With this method, various quark-gluon condensates are calculated and an effective quark-quark interaction is derived. In terms of the experimental data based quark models, hadron-hadron interactions and di-baryon states are studied and possible exploration experiments are investigated. Following recent frontier, the structures of hadrons and exotic hadronic states are also explored. Nuclear many-body method and relevant field-theory method are intensively studied. The effects of nuclear environment on various nuclear processes and strong and weak interactions are inspected. The baryon-meson degrees of freedom and the quark-gluon degrees of freedom in nuclei are analyzed. In terms of the BES data and quark model, the structures of baryons and their excited states, the interaction between them and the decay properties of these states are also investigated. The nuclear many-body method is applied to the nuclear astrophysics, the neutron star and the key nuclear reactions in the star evolution processes are also inspected.
