中东铁路沿线文化遗产（黑龙江段）基础数据库建构研究

The construction of the Middle East Railway is of great significance in the history of railway development worldwide in the end of 19th century and early 20th century. As the core incentive of modern transformation for Northeast China, The Middle East Railway is the important cultural lines of human society. The historical and realistic value of cultural line of the Middle East Railway has drawn increasingly attention in recent years and the conservation and utilization research of the cultural relics along the railway become the focus. Database construction research of cultural relics along the Middle East Railway deploys the literature research, field research and experimental simulation to discuss the protection theory and establish value evaluation system, thereby constituting the conceptual model, logistic model and physical model of repository of cultural relics along the Middle East Railway. A considerable amount of data is collected and entered to generate the base data of cultural relics, which lays the foundation for the protection theory research, information storage, protection utilization and daily management of cultural relics along the Middle East Railway.

19世纪末20世纪初中东铁路的修筑在世界铁路发展史上具有重要的意义,中东铁路作为中国东北地区现代化转型的重要诱因,是人类社会重要的文化线路.近年来,中东铁路文化线路的历史价值和现实价值逐渐受到人们的重视,沿线文化遗产的保护与利用研究开始成为人们关注的重点.中东铁路沿线文化遗产基础数据库建构研究，采用文献研究、实地调研、实验模拟等方法，对中东铁路文化遗产保护理论的探讨，建立中东铁路文化遗产价值评价体系，在此基础上形成中东铁路沿线文化遗产信息库的概念模型、逻辑模型和物理模型，通过大量数据采集和数据入库的工作，形成中东铁路沿线文化遗产基础数据，对中东铁路沿线文化遗产保护理论研究、文化遗产信息保存、文化遗产保护利用、文化遗产日常管理具有重要的基础支撑作用。

19世纪末，在特殊的地缘政治背景下，中东铁路的修筑快速地促进了中国东北地区的近代化与城镇化，具有重要的社会价值和历史价值。中东铁路沿线文化遗产（黑龙江段）基础数据库建构研究的开展，系统梳理了中东铁路的发展历史，形成了以东北地区近代化和城镇化重要历史遗存的价值评价体系，以历史阐释为主旨的保护展示策略，并以此为指导，基于GIS平台形成了中东铁路文化遗产基础数据库建构技术，并以昂昂溪中东铁路历史建筑群为例进行了实证研究。相关研究成果对中东铁路文化线路及相关历史遗产的调查、记录、分析、研究、展示、保护与管理具有重要的现实价值和理论意义。
