The ongoing development of the Internet has led to the popularity of massive multimedia applications and services. At the same time, the traditional single network environment has also gradually changed to pervasive computing environment with heterogeneous devices and networks. Hybrid Opportunistic Network, which is constituted by Opportunity Networks and the Internet, is one of such pervasive computing environments. Due to the characteristics such as spatial and temporal dynamics, multi-dimensional heterogeneity and service diversification in hybrid Opportunistic networks, It is facing new challenges. This project takes the spatial and temporal characteristics of opportunistic networks nodes, mixed multimedia resource allocation, transmission quality as the research objects, and uses the graph optimization, multi-objective optimization and game theory as research tool, studies the new theory and new method of providing multimedia service and transmission in hybrid Opportunistic Networks. The main research works are as follows. First, a model of space information network based on time-varying graphs is established, and the behavior of the hybrid Opportunistic Networks is depicted. Second, we take into account both factors of communication and computation and research multimedia resource allocation. Finally, we analyze the basic characteristics of multimedia service, and study the reliable transmission protocol characterized by QoS guarantee, multiple resources optimization and nodes Cooperation motivation. The research results of the project is expected to lay the theoretical foundation for the study of the multimedia service and transmission mechanism on hybrid Opportunistic Networks, and promote the application of multimedia services in the future.
互联网的发展带来了大量多媒体应用与服务。而传统的单一网络环境也逐渐演变为异构设备和网络构成的普适计算环境。以机会网络和互联网构成的混合机会网络普适环境具有节点动态变化,多维功能异构和业务多样化等特性,使混合机会网络中进行多媒体服务与传输面临新的挑战。本项目以混合机会网络节点时空特性、多媒体资源分配、传输质量等作为研究对象,采用图优化、多目标优化、博弈论等方法,研究混合机会网络中的多媒体协作服务与传输的新理论和新方法。主要内容包括:1)建立多维度的混合机会网络时变图模型并进行网络行为特性分析;2)研究通信和计算相结合的多媒体资源分配新方法;3)分析混合机会网络和多媒体业务的基本特性,研究具有QoS保证,多资源优化和协作激励的混合机会网络可信传输协议。项目研究成果有望为实际混合机会网络多媒体可靠传输机制的研究奠定理论基础,推动未来多媒体业务在混合机会网络中的应用。
本项目主要围绕无线机会网络中的多媒体传输机制的基础理论和关键技术开展研究。根据混合机会网络的节点拓扑时变性、间歇通信等特点以及多媒体服务的特性和要求,通过多目标优化的方法,结合凸优化和博弈论等方法深入研究了适用于混合机会网络的多媒体协作服务和传输新方法。项目重点研究了网络行为特性分析问题,资源分配新方法, 混合机会网络可信传输协议、流量卸载等内容。项目所研究内容以理论创新为基础,注重成果的实际应用,具有重要的理论和应用价值。
