Some byproducts are simultaneously outputted in certain proportions as main product is produced in the polygeneration system, such as fine chemistry, food industry and oil refining industry. Production cost of intermediate processes can not neglected in such systems. Current decision methods on pricing and production planning that only consider main product can not obtain good coordination effect. In addition, no research addresses the coordinated decisions issue of pricing and production for polygeneration system supply chain. The project focuses on the following aspects:(1)the coordinated decisions mechanism of pricing and production between manufacture and retailers based on cooperative negotiation and non-cooperative game.(2)the production and pricing decision models of manufacturer based on the decomposition of state task network and multiperiod pricing model of retailers with different pricing patterns.(3)the efficient search techniques for the optimal negotiation solution and game equilibrium based on machine learning. The cooperative coevolutionary algorithm and heuristic algorithms to solve the mathmatic models of manufacturer and retailers. (4)the evalution of cooperative patterns and channel optimization strategy.It provides basic theory and key technique for coordination decision on pricing and production in polygeneration supply chain. In addition, it can be used to simultaneous pricing of main product and byproduct.
;联产系统(精细化工、食品和炼油等行业)在生产主产品的同时按比例输出若干联产品,生产过程成本不能忽略。现有研究仅针对主产品的定价与生产计划协同决策模式难以获得最优协调效果,且缺乏针对联产系统供应链定价与生产协同决策研究。本项目以联产过程制造商与主/联产品零售商组成的供应链为对象,主要研究包括:(1)基于合作协商及非合作博弈的制造商与零售商协同决策机制;(2)基于状态任务网分解的制造商生产与定价协同决策模型,不同价格模式下的零售商多周期定价模型;(3)基于机器学习的最优协商解及博弈均衡解搜索方法,基于合作协同演化算法及启发式算法的制造商与零售商模型求解;(4) 协作模式评估与渠道优化策略。本项目的研究建立了定价与生产协调决策新思路,为联产系统供应链定价与生产调度协调决策提供了理论基础和关键技术,也提供了主/联产品协同定价方法。
课题组完成了联产系统供应链定价与调度的协作机理,提出了基于补偿的制造商与主/联产品零售商协商决策机制,以及基于非合作博弈的制造商与主/联产品零售商协同决策机制;在协作机理基础上完成了多目标协商模型与多类博弈模型的构建,并提前研究了求解多目标协商模型的演化算法;并提出了分布式协同演化算法,通过求解结果验证了调度与定价协同决策对联产系统供应链系统的改善性能。提出了联产系统制造商定价与调度协同决策模型与求解算法,评价和比较了定价与调度联合决策、定价与产品生产计划联合决策这两种粒度的决策模式对制造商和联产系统供应链性能的影响,研究结果表明,联产系统定价与调度联合决策比定价与产品生产计划联合决策能提高联产系统效益13%左右。以联产系统的状态任务图过程模型为基础,发现了主产品价格和联产品价格之间的强相关性影响机制。评估和比较了制造商、主/联产品零售商在多种行动顺序条件以及不同协作机制条件下的供应链渠道性能及改善机制。
