上海里弄住宅的保护与更新

LiLong Housing is the representative type of urban residence in Shanghai, and a Chinese-Western cross-cultural carrier itself. Conflicts are always along with the conservation of LiLong Housings, especially for today, because Shanghai is in its rapid developing period. A lot of LiLong Housings were demolished in short time, as a result, the feature of the city were badly damaged. In the meantime, a lot of Lilong residents were forced to move to the suburb, which caused rash evolvement of the humanity view of the central urban area. There's no time to delay if we want to carry forward the historical culture of Shanghai and to stick up for the interests of the residents.With the methodology of multi-disciplinary research, and a stand closely related to the reality, by analyzing many influential forces, such as public policy making consideration, economical interests tradeoff, LiLong residents' psychology, urban feature preservation and carry-forward, etc., and by making use of theories in many disciplines, such as urban planning, urban sociology, architecture, economics, urban renewal theory, history conservation theory, urban design, etc., our research makes a deep study for a practical solution to LiLong conservation.There are four main conclusions of our research. (1) we offered the available foundation for the policy making of the government; (2) we have found some practical modes for the Lllong conservation and renewal ; （3）we have made a deep study in the conserve and carry forward the historical character of Shanghai by urban design；（4） we have set up a general theoretical framework for historical urban residential area..

里弄是上海沿续历史文化、发扬城市特色的重要手段；是上海特有的、反映中西文化交融特征的载体。但在上海今天的快速发展中，在大规模的旧城改造中，里弄面临着消失的危险。这主要是由于对保护与发展、保护与利益平衡、历史建筑与城市风貌等矛盾没有很好解决，这些正是本课题的研究目标。我们拟从城市设计角度将理论与实践结合，寻找解决对策。
