Global warming has seriously threatened the world ecosystems and human lives. Excessive carbon emission is recognized as one critical reason. Under the low carbon economy, carbon emission permits have become a type of scarce but valuable tradable resource. Low carbon awareness of consumers is gradually improved and now, it turns into part of consumers’ utility. As its result, dramatic changes are happening to competition criterion, cost structure and revenue model for supply chains. Many new challenges are being imposed on the supply chain operational optimization. Based on the above new characteristics, supply chain’s emission systems are studied in this project. Above all, attribution analysis is done on the low carbon behaviors of emission reduction stakeholders. With the help of game theory and system dynamics theory, etc., the economic relation and strategic optimization are highlighted. Finally, mechanisms or conditions are proposed to accomplish cooperative carbon reductions among members of supply chains. Not only can the project help to enrich the low carbon supply chain optimization theory, but meanwhile, it would break current carbon reduction dilemma and offer practical guidance to supply chain system in China.
气候变暖已对全球生态系统和人类生存造成严重威胁,而碳排放被公认为气候变暖的主要原因之一。低碳经济下,碳排放权作为一种可交易稀缺资源具有价值属性,而消费者逐渐形成的低碳意识,使产品低碳度成为消费者效用的一部分。上述低碳经济特征使供应链企业的竞争法则、成本结构及盈利模式发生了深刻变化,为供应链低碳化运营优化提出了许多新的挑战。基于上述认识,项目以我国供应链碳减排系统为研究对象,以减排主体低碳行为归因分析为切入点,借助博弈论及系统动力学等理论,重点就各参与主体间的经济关系及博弈优化问题展开研究,以得出相关主体实现合作减排的产生机制与条件。课题的完成不仅有助于丰富低碳供应链协调与优化这一前沿管理理论,同时对我国从供应链系统层面去破解当前碳减排治理困境具有一定的实践指导意义。
针对低碳供应链协调优化问题,课题组围绕申报书所设计的三个主要问题,遵循从简答到复杂,从单周期静态到多周期动态,再到整个供应链系统碳减排机制路径构建的研究思路,首先通过消费者低碳行为归因分析,得出低碳利益关注是公众践行低碳行为的原始驱动力及践行低碳消费的终极需求;在此基础上,探讨了考虑决策主体低碳偏好、公平感知等现实心理因素的低碳供应链单周期优化问题;其次,基于现实中低碳投资和低碳宣传具有跨期效应,研究了低碳供应链多周期优化动态优化;最后,站在整个社会和供应链系统层面,探讨了实现供应链系统长期碳减排的机制与路径机制构建。课题研究期间,项目组已撰写了论文12篇,其中有7篇发表在国际或国家自然科学基金委管理学部重点期刊上,被国家基金委管理学部重点期刊录用2篇,北大核心期刊录用1篇,另有两篇在基金委管理学部A类期刊审稿中。基于项目研究,培养已毕业硕士研究生4名(2名已考上博士研究生),培养在读硕士研究生9名,较好地完成了预订的研究目标。
