The goal of research in this project is to study the new technology of foundry wastes resource recovery and to develop different kinds of new composite material made of foundry wastes for breaking the borderline of different professions and different subjects. This project studied the mechanism of three kinds of composite material which were made of used sand with used plastics, lime or waste glass. In the mean time, the project studied how to product covers of inspection well, the bricks and thermal insulating and damping materials made from three composite materials above-mentioned.The study matches with the stratagem of continual development of our country. The result of research can be used in the industry directly, and can gain the economic benefit. All in all, the usage of this study offered a now economic increase point for green foundry engineering.
本项目研究用铸造废弃物与其它行业废弃物制成聚合物基和硅酸盐基废弃物复合材料的方法、工艺参数、宏观性能、微观结构。拟解决铸造废弃物的表面活化和废弃物复合材料的界面两大关键技术问题。本项目既涉及跨学科的交叉,又涉及跨行业的合作;既解决环保问题,又解决资源问题。
