Because of the peculiarity of flowering behavior in bamboo, the.study of flowering mechanism in bamboo has been hampered to a certain.extent. The objective of this project is to study the physiological.mechanism of bamboo flowering by building suitable experimental.system. The results showed as following:(1)BA acted as an important.role on tissue culture of bamboo.(2)In the development of flowering.in Indocalamus barbatus, Phyllostachys robustiramea and Phyllostachys mannii,.the contents of protein , chlorophyll and the activities of SOD、.POT decreased gradually in leaves, while they rose in flower organ.in some period of time. The ratio of sugar to protein increased.significantly both in leaves and flower. (3)In the process of flower.bud differentiation, the content of endogenous PAs increased,.particularly the Spd and Spm. But the Put and Cad rose mainly during.the stage of flower development. The changes of ZRs and ABA might be.related to the process of flower bud differentiation, while IAA 和.GA1/3 might be helpful to floral development in Indocalamus barbatus.and Phyllostachys mannii.(4) In the development of flowering in leaves.国家自然科学基金资助项目结题报告.3.of Pseudosasa amabilis, the content of nucleic acid showed two peaks.respectively in stage of flower bud differentiation and flower.development, but it was not obvious in Indocalamus barbatus. (5) After.flowering , the bamboo showed the trend of senescence: the.photosynthesis and the activities of SOD 、POT and NR decreased.gradually, while the degradation of protein, chlorophyll and.nucleic acid increased . The results of this project might provide.some bases for advanced studies on mechanism of bamboo flowering.
竹类植物是一类具有较高经济价值和社会、生态效益的禾本科植物。由于其独特的开花生物学特征,对其成花调控机理的研究具有特殊的意义。本研究通过建立竹子试管开花等实验系统及激素对花芽分化的调控,比较成花决定过程中激素、蛋白质、DNA复制上差异及细胞超微结构的变化,以期从细胞及分子水平上阐明竹类植物成花调控的机理。.
