群体决策中偏好演化与关系操纵模型及应用研究

To date, a large number of models have been reported in group decision making (GDM). The social network should be an essential element in interactions among a group of decision makers, which leads to the evolution of decision makers’ opinions. However, the opinion evolution issue at a social network has not been considered in the existing GDM models. In this project, a novel GDM model with opinion evolution at social networks is proposed, and its consensus reaching process is studied. Furthermore, we present a new strategic manipulation issue, called social relationships manipulation, and discuss how to manipulate social relationships to obtain the desired ranking of the alternatives in GDM problems. Finally, the detailed simulation experiments are proposed to justify our proposal, and the theoretical results will be applied to provide a decision support to manage the internet public opinions.

群体决策是管理科学研究中的经典问题。当前，网络对决策的影响与日俱增，群体关系及决策模式都发生了深刻的变革。项目以“偏好演化”和“关系操纵”为基本点，对社会网络群体决策问题展开研究。首先，在社会网络、偏好演化等基本假设下，重新定义群体决策问题，建立了偏好演化下社会网络群体决策模型，讨论共识达成过程的基本特性，提炼偏好演化、网络结构对群体决策结果影响的一些基本规律。在此基础上，提出一种新的策略操纵问题，即：关系操纵，并从操纵者、防操纵两个视角对关系操纵策略及过程进行解析，丰富群体决策策略行为与操纵的相关理论。最后，对提出的理论结果进行实验仿真与检验，并把理论研究应用于实际网络舆情管理，为其提供决策支持。

群体决策是管理科学研究中的经典问题。当前，网络对决策的影响与日俱增，群体关系及决策模式都发生了深刻的变革。本项目以偏好演化和关系操纵为出发点，围绕以下问题展开研究：（1）偏好演化下社会网络群体决策与共识模型；（2）群体决策关系操纵分析；（3）语言偏好的网络演化与群体决策研究；（4）在网络舆情管理中的应用研究与仿真实验。首先，建立了社会网络DeGroot模型中的共识模型；研究了多属性大规模群体决策问题中基于有界置信度反馈机制的优化方法；探索了社会网络结构对不确定意见形成的影响。在此基础上，研究了具有区间属性权重信息的群体决策环境中最小成本的多属性策略权重操作和信任关系下群体决策中的共识达成和策略操纵。然后，探究了群体决策中不完全语言表达偏好关系和自信任偏好关系以及群体决策共识中的柔性语言偏好表达方法。最后，讨论了理论成果在评级系统和失效模式与影响分析在决策问题中应用，并通过详细的仿真实验验证了所提的方法的有效性。
