The critical bottleneck for the future development of the electronic medical system is how to provide medical data privacy protection with secure sharing, ciphertext retrieval, remote diagnosis and treatment functions. The existing research schemes have many problems, such as single-function nature, inflexibility in data sharing and retrieval, unable to support privacy-preserving collaborative diagnosis and treatment, mutual restriction of security and efficiency. This project dedicates to study secure storage with heterogeneous system architecture, flexible search in a unified frame, smart privacy diagnosis and treatment with generalized features as well as the resource consumption. Firstly, we construct a cross-domain (medical and cloud service domain) self-adaptive storage sharing mechanism satisfying the demand of different system architectures and application scenarios. Secondly, we design new search patterns over multiple encrypted data fields, phrase or sentence based search patterns according to the semantic and grammatical features, regular language based search patterns over encrypted medical procedure. Thirdly, we establish a privacy-preserving patient-centric smart monitoring system, multiple influencing factors based pre-diagnosis system, and multiple medical institutions based collaborative diagnosis and treatment system. Fourthly, we consider the optimization methods over the privacy-preserving schemes to realize a system with security, high-efficiency, and reliability. The research achievement of this project is to provide an important theoretical basis for the secure storage sharing, data retrieval, privacy-preserving diagnosis and treatment in the electronic system, and brings the theoretical research to the practical application.
如何在保证医疗数据隐私性的同时提供安全共享、密文检索、远程诊疗功能,已成为束缚电子医疗系统未来发展的关键瓶颈。本项目针对现有成果存在的功能单一、共享和检索方式不灵活、无法实现协同隐私诊疗、安全性和效率严重相互制约等缺陷,研究异构环境中医疗数据安全存储共享、通用框架下隐私检索、广义特征相关联的安全智能诊疗、及其资源消耗优化问题的解决方案。构建跨医疗和云服务域的自适应安全存储共享机制,以适应不同系统架构和场景需求;设计面向多加密数据域的检索方式和基于语义语法特征的短语或语句检索方式,通过正则表征方式实现面向医疗过程的检索方式;在隐私保护的前提下建立以患者为中心的智能监测、多因素联动智能预诊断和面向多医疗机构的智能诊疗系统;研究资源消耗优化方法,实现系统的安全性、高效性和可靠性。本项目研究成果将为电子医疗系统安全存储共享、隐私检索和诊疗机制的构建提供重要理论基础,并为其走向实际应用提供有力支撑。
