NSFC launched a major research plan entitled "Integrated Research on the Eco-Hydrological Process of the Heihe Basin" aimed at building a research platform for understanding the ecosystem and inland river basin hydrological systems and for improving the capability to predict evolution of these systems. This project is responsible to research organization, management, academic interflow and program-level planning to support effective implementation of the Heihe Program. Activities include annual guidance for project application, progress documentation and reporting, scientific steering committee and project leaders’ meetings, at home and abroad academic discussions and exchange of scientific investigation, etc., to ensure the major research program to achieve the desired results.
国家自然科学基金委启动的“黑河流域生态-水文过程集成研究”重大研究计 划旨在建立我国内陆河流域科学观测-试验、数据-模拟研究平台,认识内陆河流域生态系统与水文系统相互作用的过程和机理,提高内陆河流域水-生态-经济系统演变的综合分析与预测预报能力,为国家内陆河流域水安全、生态安全以及经济的可持续发展提供基础理论和科技支撑。本课题将依据国家自然科学基金相关规章制度,在基金委的指导下,通过有效的组织管理,进行重大研究计划的顶层设计并组织学术交流,包括计划日常组织管理、计划专家组会议、国内外学术研讨与交流会和流域科学考察等,保证黑河流域计划取得预期成果。
