中国省域旅游业创新能力的空间格局、演化机制及其协调发展

Occidental scholars have made great achievements on issues related to tourism innovation.Based on quantities of empirical studies,steady progress has been made in the construction of theoretical system in tourism innovation.In China,the research focused on the innovation in tourism elements has also yielded a great harvest.However,the spatial issues in tourism innovation are ignored by geographers while much more attention are focused in the research of tourism innovation capability and its cultivation from the fields of management and economics.As the reform and opening-up policy goes on for over 30 years,China tourism which has passed the stages of introduction，digestion and absorption is now moving forwards in the direction of innovation driving.As tourism has become a national strategic pillar industry in China,its innovation capability and development are becoming more and more noticeable. Based on the review of history and comparation of different regions,using theories in geography,economics and tourism and adopting methods of document analysis, structure analysis and SD model,the subject leads the research in the spatial and temporal evolution and dynamic mechanism of China tourism to a deep and systematic way.The research contents include:(1) it will analyze the structure and features of tourism innovation system and conclude the concept,meaning and attribute of tourism innovation capability;(2)applying the reasearch achivements of tourism competitiveness, regional innovation capability to construct tourism innovation capability assessment index system;and using Triangulation(LS-SVM、TOPSIS、Fuzzy evaluation)to found tourism innovation capability index model,in further more to compare different tourism innovation capabilities;(3) using the panel data in the last 20 years and GIS visualization technology,to research the spatial pattern of China tourism innovation capabilities and discuss models of their space-time evolution;(4) from different perspectives such as push-pull effort and internal force, to dissect the factors which impact the driving force of tourism innovation capability,using SD and triple helix model to ascertain the specific driving force and applying the evolutionary time-space map to study the pattern, mechanism and relationship of the main driving forces in different evolutionary stages,and finally build the driving model of the tourism innovation capability in China;(5)formulating the coordinating path to improve the tourism innovation capability and optimize tourism innovation system in China;and the measurement of the coupling degree of capability structure should be employed in the Pan Pearl River Delta to discuss the advantages and obstacles of the coordination.As to the innovation capability proximity,Guangdong Province should be discussed to evaluate the policy innovation,and the feasibility together with significance of the spatial coordination of the tourism innovation capability should be strongly confirmed.This project should provide theoretical grounds for the balanced development of China tourism innovation capability and the pattern of differentiation policies.

人文地理学较多关注旅游业竞争力的空间问题，对于旅游业创新能力的研究相对薄弱；而旅游学科则较多从管理学和经济学角度整体研究旅游业创新能力及其培育发展问题，缺乏对旅游业创新能力的空间差异专门研究。中国旅游业的发展历经引进、消化吸收等阶段，正加快走向内涵发展、创新驱动之路。面临日趋激烈的国际环境，顺应国家战略性支柱产业的新定位，中国旅游业创新能力及其发展问题日益引人瞩目。本研究基于历史回顾，运用地理学等学科理论，构建测评指标体系，发展创新能力指数等，并借助LS-SVM、TOPSIS等组合评价方法，展开中国31个省域不同时段旅游业创新能力的比较研究；归纳其时空格局差异及其演化特征；深入分析演化的创新主体、资源、市场、技术、政府等动力机制，进而提出空间协调原则与途径；基于能力结构关系模型，阐释创新能力结构耦合度的时空演化规律，为中国旅游业创新能力的整体提升、协调发展及其差别化政策的制定提供理论依据。

本项目以中国旅游业创新为研究主轴，以旅游业创新能力及其结构关系模型分析为切入点，贯彻“两大维度”（创新能力的历史演进及其空间关系）、 “三大模块”（空间格局、演化机制和空间协调）和“五大内容”的思路，创新研究的理论体系，籍此推进旅游业创新能力的地理学研究深度，提升其理论应用水平。主要开展了6个方面的研究，具体工作如下：（1）在系统梳理国内外旅游创新研究的基础上，着重分析了中国旅游业创新系统结构及其特质，并以40年来我国旅游业发展的历史为背景，划分我国旅游业创新能力演进阶段；（2）以系统性、可比性、可得性为原则，构建了旅游业创新能力测评指标体系，并对中国各省域的旅游业创新能力进行了综合评价与分析；（3）对中国总体旅游业创新能力和各省域旅游业创新能力分别进行了时间演变分析；（4）对中国省域旅游业创新能力的空间分布特质和空间自相关现象进行了系统研究；（5）对中国省域旅游业创新能力的影响因素进行了系统分析，在此基础上，研究了旅游业创新系统演进机理，并分别构建了旅游业创新能力和旅游产业融合的系统动力学模型；（6）以泛珠三角为案例地，从协调发展与合作创新两个视角对其旅游业创新能力的空间协调发展进行了系统研究。在主研究的基础上，本项目进一步深化，分别从旅游服务创新、旅游企业创新、旅游政策创新、旅游知识创新等四个方面对中国旅游业创新研究进行了丰富与拓展。本项目研究深化了对旅游创新系统的认识。通过定量研究旅游业创新能力空间演化的动力机制，构建综合驱动模型，提升旅游业创新能力研究的理论水平。同时，引入能力结构关系模型、二象对偶理论，探讨区域旅游合作创新的内在规律，深化对区域旅游创新能力协调发展的理论认识，有助于推动旅游地理学以及服务业创新地理的研究发展。对从旅游服务创新到旅游知识创新等的进阶研究，从微观中观层次拓展与丰富了国旅游业创新研究深广度及内容。
