Focusing on the characteristics of collaborative supply chain of high-tech products, we explore the contract designing and information sharing in the research of supply chain collaboration by using mathematical models and empirical analysis to achieve the core competitiveness of responding to the market demands quickly. Combined with short product life cycle of high-tech products and the varing value with time, we discuss collaborative supply chain of high-tech products by the contract design and information sharing decisions based on consumer demand response. The main theories and methodologies of the project comprise game theory and information economics, behavioral operation management, mathematical economics, and so on. The project also discusses the non-rational behaviors of enterprises and empirical analysis of supply chain collaboration. Considering risk-averse attitudes of supply chain members and demand or cost information asymmetry in different decision-making environment, we will study different market structures and relationships of competition and cooperation in high-tech products supply chain collaborative combined with numerical analysis and simulation experiments. The purposes of this project include setting up a new research field, enriching theories and methodologies guidance and reference for the future, and providing theoretical support and substantial methods for decision-making. The research results also can be applied to quick response of consumer demand and improve the supply chain performance in practice.
本项目针对高科技产品供应链协同问题的特点,通过数理建模和实证分析,以实现需求快速响应为核心,研究促进供应链协同的契约设计和信息共享策略。综合运用博弈论与信息经济学、行为运作管理、数理经济学等理论和方法,结合高科技产品生命周期短、价值随时间而衰减等特点,分别讨论以消费者需求响应基础上的契约设计和信息共享等决策内容为核心的高科技产品供应链的协同问题。研究工作也涉及到企业的非理性行为因素,供应链协同的实证分析等。本项目将考虑供应链成员的风险规避行为,需求或成本信息不对称等不同的决策环境,深入探讨不同市场结构和竞合关系下的高科技产品供应链协同,并结合数值算例进行实验和仿真。通过本项目的研究,以期开辟相关研究的新方向,进一步完善高科技产品供应链的协同方法体系,为企业的供应链协同管理实践提供理论指导和决策借鉴。其研究成果对于快速响应消费者需求,提高供应链绩效具有重要意义。
高科技产品供应链问题已引起国内外学术界和企业界的重点关注,高科技产品供应链上的各个企业存在关键技术研发难度大、信息传递失真、市场场需求信息变化快等问题,研究高科技产品供应链的优化、协同等问题具有一定的理论和现实意义。本课题拟基于合同理论、博弈论、信息与最优化理论、数据分析与挖掘方法,针对高科技产品供应链企业需求响应速度较低的情况,关注高科技产品的生命周期,力争为高科技产品供应链上的企业决策提供一定的借鉴。
