Affective information processing is an advanced research direction in the AI world. "1/f fluctuation" is a new theory and method to acquire and to process affective information. "1/f fluctuation" has the important impact on maintain harmonious environments, it can improve living quality of people and decompress mental strain caused by competition. The content of this subject include: establish the model of class structure of sense; distill, analysis and process the "fluctuation character" of different affective information; quantitate affective information character; process emotion and sense to make them concretion. As a creative subject, we have made quite a lot of results on our formal basis in two years. Such as, we have published a paper on the journal Chaos, Solitons & Fractals U.K., which with the SCI journal Impact Factor of 0.742, and some papers on ACTA ELECTRONICA SINICA China, as well as IEEE International Conference. Our work has acquired ratification of experts home and abroad, which has a splendid future.
