二十世纪中国管理科学

This article describes the formation, development and change of management discipline in China in the 20th century. It introduces the background, characteristics and practical experience of management disciplines inChina. In order with the management practices, management education and management studies commence from the Republican period (1911 to 1949), (1949 to 1966), 17 years after the founding of the Cultural Revolution (1966 to 1976) and the reform and opening up (1978 to present) four stage to describe the development of the Chinese management disciplines.

本文阐述了20世纪中国管理学科的形成、发展和变迁。系统介绍了中国管理学科的背景、特色和实践经验。按照管理实践、管理教育和管理研究这样的顺序展开从民国时期（1911~1949），建国后的17年（1949~1966），文革时期（1966~1976）和改革开放（1978~至今）四个阶段来叙述中国管理学科发展状况。
