The novel flow injection vapor generation atomic absorption spectrometric (FI-VGAAS) methods based on the reduction of tetrahydroborate in diluted acid medium for the determination of trace amounts of thallium, copper and gold were developed. In the presence of trace amounts of palladium ( combined with Rodamne B), the thallium of 0-400 ng/mL were analysed with the sampling prequency of 120/h and detection limit of 3.4 ng/mL. In the presence of trace amounts of 1, 10-phenanthroline, the copper of 0-100 ng/mL were analysed with the sampling frequency of 140/h and the detection limit of 1.8 ng/mL. In the presence of trace amounts of sodium diethanlydithiocarbonate (DDTC), the gold 0f 0-2000 ng/mL were analysed with the sampling frequency of 180/h and detection limit of 24 ng/mL.The FI-VGAAS method for the determination of silver in ammonium medium was also developed. The novel FI-VGET(electrothermal)AAS method for the in situ trapping of volatile species of gold in graphite furnace and atomic absorption spectrometric determination was developed, the detction limit of 0.8 ng/mL Au was obtained with 50/h. 目前已经发现金、银、铊、铜等元素也可形成蒸气态物质并由原子光谱进行检测的基础上利用流动注射技术可以通过时间分辨对化学动力学过程跟踪和控制并进行动态检测的原理对这些重金属元素在硼氢化钠等还原剂存在下蒸气发生反应的条件、行为、性质、气液分离过程及原子吸收分析方法进行系统研究,旨在探明至今尚未搞清的这些金属元素形成的蒸气态物质并用原子吸收光谱检测。在学术上探索这些蒸气态物质的存在形态及其机理的同时建立其反应过程动力学模型,优化测定条件,形成高灵敏度高选择性的原子吸收分析方法。.
