癌-睾丸抗原 OY-TES-1基因克隆和功能分析

我们的初步研究证实OY-TES-1在睾丸以外的正常组织不表达，在一些肿瘤中有较高频率的表达。本项目将从三方面进一步深入研究OY-TES-1：（1）用RT-PCR法检测各系统的多种肿瘤，筛选出OY-TES-1高表达的肿瘤并研究OY-TES-1与其它癌-睾丸抗原表达的关系；（2）通过基因重组技术获取OY-TES-1重组抗原，用于检测肿瘤病人手术前后血清中OY-TES-1抗体，确定OY-TES-1抗体在
