Journal of Computer Science and Technology

Journal of Computer Science and Technology (JCST) is an international journal in computer science and technology sponsored by Institute of Computing Technology, Chinese Academic Sciences. Ever since its establishment in 1986, the journal always persists in the principle of publishing peer-reviewed high quality papers for the readers worldwide. With its growing influence over international academia, the journal now ranks the best in the field in Asia. JCST, indexed by almost all the internationally authoritative indices including SCI and EI, is distributed overseas by Springer. It receives around 1000 annual submissions, 60% of which are from outside China. The journal’s impact factor goes up stably for the past 4 running-years; the authors who cite JCST are from over 50 countries and regions, mainly from China, North America and Europe.

JCST于1986年创刊，以服务于本学科读者为宗旨，以学术至上为办刊理念，以创立国际品牌期刊为发展目标。在主管部门的扶持下、在中国计算机界同仁及海外优秀华裔学者的鼎立相助下、在主办单位的支持下，经过长期不懈的努力，JCST从一个普通国内期刊逐步发展成一个具有较大国际影响力的、亚洲地区最好的国际性学术期刊（见附件）。JCST由Springer海外发行，已被SCI、EI等所有相关重要检索库收录；年收稿约1000篇，其中60%来自境外；审稿采用ScholarOne国际同行评审，平均审稿周期38天；影响因子连续4年稳步增长，施引作者遍布50多国家地区（中国、北美、欧洲为主）；2008年入选国家首批国际精品期刊（23个）；2010年被中国科协精品期刊工程评为A类（仅7个）。JCST以其办刊的严肃性、严谨性、专业性为计算机学术界搭建了一个高效的学术交流平台，并越来越受到各界的广泛关注。

在本项目执行中，Journal of Computer Science and Technology （JCST）在主办单位的支持下，在主编及编委会的正确领导下，在海内外计算机界广大同仁的鼎立相助下，以其严肃办刊、严谨治刊、勤奋事刊的办刊态度，通过不懈的努力扩大了期刊的国际影响力，为中国计算机科学技术领域搭建了一个高效的国际化交流平台。目前，JCST具有丰富的国内外稿源，年收稿量1000余篇，其中海外投稿占60%以上，来自近60个国家和地区，发表文章主要是中国，北美，欧洲及日本、韩国。JCST的施引文章来自以北美、欧洲和亚洲为主的52个国家和地区，他引率始终保持在90%左右。JCST国际化现状评估数据表明JCST是亚洲地区最好的国际性学术期刊，近3年检索数据显示，JCST发文的国际区域分布比较广。从影响力来看，在国际计算机领域，本刊影响力在稳步提升，说明本刊的学术水平越来越得到国际学术界的认可。
