The bark of Pteroceltis tatarinowii is a raw material for manufacturing Xuan Paper. Based on the data from hydroponics,potted culture with soil and the investigation of 33 plots in Anhui province, firstly the dynamics of Ca2+ distribution and content in the secondary phloem cell of P. tatarinowii, effects of Ca2+ concentrations on the accumulation of mineral elements in the bark, leaf and root of P. tatarinowii, the effect of soil-forming rock on macro-element and micro-element contents in the bark of wingceltis, the effect of soil pH values on the mineral element contents in the bark of wingceltis and the relationship between the mineral element contents in aboveground biomass components were studied. Secondly, effects of Ca2+ concentrations on the fiber shape traits and cellulose content of the bark, effects of site conditions and management practices on the biomass productivity and the bark yield were investigated and analysed. Thridly, mechanism of dormancy and germination condition of P. tatarinowii seeds, annul growth dynamics of one-year seedlings of P. tatarinowii and effects of water stress on growth, the bark quality and physiological characteristics of one-year-seedlings were also discussed. The results from this research expound the effects of site conditions and management practices on Ca2+ distribution and content in the phloem cell, the biomass productivity, the bark yield and the bark quakity of P. tatarinowii; clarify the relationship between Ca2+ distribution and content of the cell and bark quality; therefore, provide some bases for the managements of P. tatarinowii plantations
通过对青檀韧皮部组织中钙分布的超微细胞化学定位和量化,结合檀皮纤维形态、化学组成和矿物元素含量分析,阐明立地环境及钙素处理对檀皮表皮质量影响的细胞学基础;弄清细胞中钙分布及其含量与檀皮质量的内在联系,为青檀人工林定向培养提供理论依据,具有重大的理论和实际意义。.
