Approximately 80% of the accidental deaths reported in the literature are sudden cardiac deaths. Meanwhile, cerebrovascular accident deaths also take up a certain percentage of such cases. The cases can’t fulfill autopsy due to certain reasons and often need the help of the VIRTOPSY technology. However, the VIRTOPSY technology is still lack of detection of the vascular system effectively. Nowadays, foreign scholars have conducted relevant postmortem angiography research, but it still needs the improvements of methods and techniques before it is applied in the actual cases. The purpose of this study is to explore optimal parameters (such as type and doses of contrast agents, pressure and speed for injection, and the scanning time), which are suitable in angiography of large animals’ in-vitro or in-vivo organs. The method takes angiograpy of large animals’ in-vitro or in-vivo organs (hearts and brains) using different parameters, uses MSCT to 3D reconstruction, and applies the MIMICS software to visible reconstruction. On the basis of getting the parameters of MSCT which are suitable for cadaveric in-vitro or in-vivo organs, this study intends to establish a postmortem angiography technology suitable for actual forensic cases and to provide a new means of technical and scientific digitized radiographic evidence for judicial appraisal.
据文献报道意外死亡案例中约80%为心源性猝死,同时脑血管意外死亡案例占有一定比例,此类案例因种种原因无法有效实施尸体解剖,往往需要求助于虚拟解剖技术,而虚拟解剖技术对血管系统检测尚缺乏有效手段;目前国外学者已进行相关尸体血管造影技术研究,但其运用到实际检案尚需在方法或技术上有所改进。本研究旨在通过对大型动物离体或在体器官(心脏和大脑)进行血管造影,后期应用MSCT图像重组及MIMICS软件可视化重建,探寻适合大型动物离体和在体器官血管造影的最佳参数,如对比剂种类,造影注射压力,注射速度及扫描时间等。在动物实验基础上对人尸体离体和在体器官进行相关实验,获取适合人尸体MSCT血管造影最佳参数,而形成一套适合法医学实际检案的尸体MSCT血管造影技术,为司法鉴定提供一种新的检测技术及科学数字化影像学证据。
