1,4-Benzodioxane lignans are a large group of natural products, which show strong biological activities, such as antihepatotoxic, antitumour, antihepatitis and et. al. In order to study the relationship of structure and biological activity of 1,4-benzodioxane lignans, we developed a first enantioselective and regioselective synthetic approach to 1,4-benzodioxane. On the basis of this work, we developed several enantioselective syntheses of some 1,4-benzodioxane lignans isolated recently. Also, we developed a first enantioselective and regioselective synthetic approach to 8-O-4' neolignans. These researches are important to study the relationship of structure and biological activity of 1,4-benzodioxane lignans.
苯并二氧六环类木脂素是木脂素家族中重要的一类化合物。多数具有良好的生物活性,个别如飞蓟素被发现有明显生物活性。近年来有很多此类化合物的全合成报道,但不对称合成至今尚未见文献报道。为发展我国不对称木脂素化学,赶上国际同类研究工作的水平,筛选高效生理活性的化合物,该乡研究的进行将具有重要的学术意义和应用前景。.
