According to the drought problem of Haihe river basin, especially the one of Tianjin city, the method of drought identification of regional hydrological drought was developed based on analyzing the character of the regional drought.,and a drought risk analysis model was provided. Some drought management measures were given after the main effecting factors of drought were investigated in China. Besides, based on the drought problem in Tianjin, the effects of drought on the development and use of land were researched, and the optimal operation model of Tianjin's main water supply system was developed. Otherwise, the optimal allocating model to region water resources was established, and the model for the calculation of the carrying capacity of region water resources is proposed by taking the "carrying population" as it's integration index. At last, about the project of water transfer system from south to north in China, it is helpful to resolve the drought problem in Tianjin. So that the transfer water risk of the system was investigated, and some references were provided for the plan and design of the project. In short, the research plan had been successfully completed, and the expected aim was reached.
干旱和洪水一样,都是对人类及其社会危害极大的自然灾害。但相对洪水来讲,国内外对干旱的研究均很薄弱。针对这一状况,本项研究将在站点水文干旱研究基础上,直接探讨干旱的区域本质对区域水文干旱的一般问题进行深入研究,并通过实际区域对方法可行性的应用检验,为干旱的规划管理,及区域水资源的可持续发展提供重要依据。
