The aim of this project is to facilitate the manufacturing coordination among firms and to optimize the social allocation of manufacturing resources. We focus on the trade and resource allocation problem on the manufacturing resource service platform, and try to solve the multi-agent scheduling problem with multi-objective involved with the resource service providers and the demand sides based on auction mechanism. In expectation, the coordination and sharing, together with the utilization and payment according to demand can be achieved for the manufacturing resource service. The main innovations are as follows: 1. The auction mechanism is applied to multi-agent scheduling, the profit is combined with scheduling objective, and the price based coordination mechanism is combined with optimization scheduling, so that efficient coordination and win-win situation can be achieved; 2. In order to realize the fast convergence of the auction, we employ a demand-based bidding language, which is in accordance with the description in scheduling field. Besides, an iterative bidding policy, and a Lagrangean relaxation based mechanism for price updating are also designed; 3. In order to coordinate the scheduling of agents with multi jobs, the agents' objectives are introduced into the bidding language, and the multi-objective optimization is employed to formulate and solve the model of Winner Determining Problem. With this program, we shall provide theoretical and methodological guidance to the trade, pricing and scheduling of manufacturing resources and services, and our findings can be expected to facilitate the R&D and promotion of the platform for manufacturing resources and services, and gain considerable economic returns.
为满足多企业协同制造和制造资源在社会化范围内优化配置的需求,本项目针对制造资源服务平台的交易和资源分配问题,基于拍卖机制研究制造资源拥有主体和制造资源需求主体共同参与的多目标多主体调度问题,以实现制造资源和服务的开放协作、高度共享、按需使用和付费。本项目研究的创新性在于:1.将拍卖机制应用于多主体调度,将基于拍卖的价格引导协调机制与优化调度相结合,以实现多主体的有效协调和共赢;2.采用与调度领域问题描述相一致的基于需求的投标语言、多回合重复叫价的投标策略和基于拉格朗日松弛方法的价格更新机制,以实现拍卖的快速收敛;3.将代理追求的目标引入投标语言,采用多目标优化的方法建立竞胜标问题模型并求解,实现多工件代理的协调调度。本项目的研究将为制造资源和服务的交易、定价和调度提供理论和方法指导,研究成果将有助于促进制造资源服务平台的研发和推广,并取得显著经济效益。
本项目针对制造资源服务平台的交易和资源分配问题,基于拍卖机制研究制造资源拥有主体和制造资源需求主体共同参与的多目标多主体调度问题,以实现制造资源和服务的开放协作、高度共享、按需使用和付费。项目组完成了如下工作:1)对基于拍卖的多工件主体协调调度问题给出了模型、拍卖机制和竞胜标问题的启发式解决方法;2)对多工件代理的协调调度问题,分别对不可分割和可分割工件情况进行了建模,设计了同时升价拍卖机制和组合时钟机制,验证了机制的有效性;3)将研究成果应用于多式联运、码头、仓储、云计算、无人飞行器和大数据等问题中,取得了较好的结果。项目研究成果有助于促进资源服务推广和多参与协调主体的共赢,并取得显著经济效益。.发表论文12篇,其中期刊论文8篇包括国外期刊 6 篇和国内期刊2篇,会议论文4篇。SCI检索6篇,EI检索4篇。培养博士3名,硕士4名。
