钙离子作为血小极内部功能调节的第二信使对血小板功能起着决定性作用.为此在理论上阐明血小板内钙调节机制、具有十分重要的意义。目前对蛋白激酶C在钙调节中的作用尚不清楚。CAMP在钙调节中与其他途径的关系，也有待阐明。本研究的目的即在於此。
