Allergic Rhinitis(AR)is a common chronic inflammatory disease of the upper respiratory tract, which apppears higher incidence and has significant impact on the quality of life in patients,AR bring enormous economic burden to our society. Its pathogenesis is not fully clear, traditional viewpoint considers Th2 preponderant reaction plays an important role in its pathogenesis, recent studies have shown that type 2 innate lymphocytes participate in allergic inflammation, may be as the main source of Th2 cytokines. In this study, we will take ILCs2-Th interaction as the main axis, take DAMPs′ control to ILCs2 as the breakthrough point, elaborate ILCs2 as the main source of Th2 type cytokines involved in specific immune response, we illustrate the function of ILCs2 and the abnormalities of ILCs2-Th axis in AR and its immune regulatory factors. This study contribute significantly to the pathogenesis and upstream immune modulatory mechanisms of AR, which will offer potential clinical application value to the prevention strategies of AR.
变应性鼻炎(allergic rhinitis,AR)是常见上呼吸道慢性炎症,发病率较高,显著影响患者生活质量,给社会带来巨大经济负担。其发病机制尚不完全清楚,经典观点认为Th2优势反应在其发病中起重要作用,最近研究表明2型固有淋巴细胞参与变态反应性炎症,可能是Th2型细胞因子的主要来源。本研究以ILCs2-Th轴为主线,以DAMPs对ILCs2的调控作为切入点,阐述ILCs2作为Th2型细胞因子的主要来源细胞参与特异性免疫应答,说明ILCs2及ILCs2-Th轴的异常在AR中的作用及其免疫调控因素,对最终阐明AR的发病机制及其上游的免疫调控起到重要作用,对AR的防治具有潜在临床应用价值。
