The generation of aging crack or damage during the usage of the traditional electrochromic materials would result in degradation of the performance of the electrochromic devices (ECDs). In order to solve this problem, the self-healing function groups were introduced into the electrochromic materials with flexible chain bridges to obtain the self-healing electrochromic (SHE) materials. However, the introduction of self-healing function groups would also cause long respond time, low coloration efficiency and bad circulation stability.. In this project, new SHE monomers are designed and synthesized using triphenylamine/pyrene as the electrochromic groups, furan/ maleimide as the self-healing groups and different rigid conjugated groups as the bridges. Series of SHE polymer films based on the monomers will be further synthesized with different ordered loose structures to obtain the electrochromic materials with fast respond speed, high coloration efficiency and good circulation stability. The relationship between molecular structure/arrangment and electrochromic performance will be studied in detail, and the electrochromic materials with high performance could be selected for preparing ECDs.
传统电致变色薄膜材料在长期使用中会产生老化裂纹和损伤,导致变色薄膜性能降低甚至失效。申请人针对该问题,将自修复官能团及变色官能团通过柔性桥链单元链接制备出可自修复电致变色(SHE)材料,但该类材料存在变色响应速度慢、着色效率低、稳定性差等问题。. 本项目拟设计和合成以三苯胺/芘作为变色官能团、呋喃及马来酰亚胺为修复基团、刚性共轭桥链单元为桥的可自修复电致变色SHE聚合物单体,并通过自组装及交联聚合得到系列有序疏松结构的SHE薄膜材料;研究其结构、排列方式与电致变色性能之间的关系;进一步制备出响应速度快、着色效率高、循环稳定性好的SHE材料,为得到性能优异的电致变色器件奠定基础。
本项目主要从事具有自修复功能电致变色材料的设计、合成及物性研究,根据研究内容得到了如下结果:1)设计、制备了系列以三苯胺/芘作为变色官能团、呋喃及马来酰亚胺为修复基团兼具自修复功能的电致变色材料,深入研究了所得变色材料的结构、电化学动力学及自修复过程,阐明了其氧化还原机制及变色行为,揭示了自修复与电致变色功能的独立增效机制,提升了所得薄膜及器件的可靠性;2)将电致变色材料应用于多功能薄膜器件,如柔性传感、薄膜储能、红外发射率调控等领域,拓宽了电致变色材料的应用领域;3)开展了若干高性能电致变色材料的研究,取得了一些有意义的结果。
