The low carbonization of the export structure of the manufacturing industry is very meaningful to lower the reliance on foreign energy and ensure the sustained development of international trade in China. The key to realize low carbonization is the promotion of our position within the international division. From the perspective of network of division, this project theoretically and empirically studies the factors that influence the position of our manufacturing industry within the international division, and attempts to propose solutions from two aspects: government policy on low carbonization and strategies of the exporting firms.. First, by combining vertical specialization and horizontal specialization, this project constructs a model of network of division that incorporates the energy economics system and multiple players. It analyzes the interaction of the government and the firms under the low-carbon mechanism, and identifies the main factors that influence the position of our manufacturing industry within the international division from the two levels of government and exporting firms. . Next,this project studies the impacts of division of network on the harmonization and upgrading of the export structure of China's manufacturing Industry, and then analyzes the impacts of these two paths on the growth and fluctuation of exports. Based on these analyses, this project proposes solutions that lead to low carbonization of the export structure without sacrificing the growth of exports of the manufacturing industry. . The findings of this project will provide useful reference to the government in formulating structural adjustment policies, and help the exporting firms to enhance their positions in the network of division.
制造业出口贸易结构低碳化对降低我国能源对外依存度,保障外贸可持续发展具有重要的意义。能否提升制造业的国际分工层次是实现低碳化的关键。本项目从分工网络视角对影响我国制造业国际分工层次的因素进行理论与经验探讨,试图从政府低碳发展政策和外贸企业低碳发展策略这两方面对该问题提出解决方案。.首先,本项目通过将垂直型分工和水平型分工纳为一体,构建涵盖能源经济系统及多个决策主体的分工网络模型,考察低碳增长机制下政府目标和外贸企业行为的互动,从政府和外贸企业这两个层面揭示影响我国制造业分工层次的主要因素。.其次,通过探讨分工网络对我国制造业出口贸易结构合理化和高级化这两个低碳化路径的影响,进而分析这两个路径对我国制造业出口贸易增长和波动的影响,并根据研究结果提出解决方案,以实现在保障制造业出口增长前提下的结构低碳化目标。.项目的研究成果能为我国政府制定结构调整政策以及外贸企业提升分工能力提供有益的参考。
