修复城市图书生态链——社区图书馆规划设计策略研究

The topic aims at the background of huge demand for community library, during current knowledge economy, social transformation stage in China, to fill the blank situation of planning and architectural design and research fields. 1. From the analysis and discussion of community library usage urgency, necessity, construction mode and development tendency of the current social development, and development trend of the current social development, with demand as the basis, to developed area practice experience for reference, summarizes an architecture model of public library system, which conforms to our national condition, the social needs of community libraries, the development modes, the planning layouts, function settings, spatial characteristics. 2. On the basis of the above research, this paper focuses on the design strategy of community library and tries to find the most favorable layout plan, space pattern and puts forward a design proposal with strong practical significance. 3. Relying on the advantage of State Key Laboratory of Subtropical Building Science, the study applies the latest achievements of Library science, compares and analyzes the different layout mode of domestic and foreign libraries through simulation. Also, we examine the application of all kinds of new community libraries, and explore the causes and keys. The study combines the architecture with library science, and establishes the interdisciplinary research evaluation system, that will have important scientific value.

本课题针对当前知识经济、社会转型的阶段中国对社区图书馆的巨大需求，对规划及建筑设计研究领域的空白现状做出填补。1、研究从分析和探讨社区图书馆的迫切性、必要性、建设方式及发展趋势入手，以当前社会发展需求为依据，以国外发达地区实践经验为参考，总结符合我国国情的公共图书馆架构模式，社区图书馆的社会需求、发展模式、规划布局、功能设置、空间特色等。2、在上述研究基础上，重点探讨社区图书馆的规划及建筑设计策略，找到符合知识性社会实际使用要求的社区图书馆模式以及其未来发展的适用性，从而提出具有较强实践指导意义的设计建议和设计模式。3、依托亚热带建筑科学国家重点实验室的优势，引入图书馆学的最新成果，对国内外各种社区图书馆的布局模式进行分析比较，检验社区图书馆的应用实际，探寻其原因及关键所在。研究把建筑学和图书馆学相结合，建立跨学科研究评价体系，具重要科学价值和实践指导意义。

本项目自2016年1月启动以来，按照计划有序而积极的开展。到目前为止，已完成了原定的大部分工作，包括国内外资料搜集整理、案例调研、使用后评价、理论总结、体系构建、设计策略提出以及设计实践中的检验完善等阶段。本研究针对当前我国社区图书馆建筑设计理论存在的局限性，主要在两个方面进行突破：一是针对我国尚在起步阶段的需求特点，结合国外社区图书馆建筑的成熟经验，对其设计理论构建进行研究。二是根据公共图书馆面向社区、协同建设、信息改革、绿色发展的趋势，对其建设理论进行系统性、完整性与适用性的补充研究。课题主要包括以下四个部分：1.国外社区图书馆体系及建筑设计研究；2. 新的图书馆学理念、信息学理念、节能技术、社区理论等对社区图书馆建筑设计的影响及趋势研究；3. 我国社区图书馆选址布局研究；4.多方共建模式下的社区图书馆建设研究。目前已完成的工作有：1.国外社区图书馆体系及建筑设计研究；2. 新的图书馆学、信息学理念、节能技术、社区理论等对社区图书馆的影响及趋势研究；3. 我国社区图书馆选址布局研究；4.多方共建模式下的社区图书馆建设研究。完成的重要结果包括：1、完成国内外相关文献的搜集整理，数据及资料采集。2、完成国外社区图书馆建设体系方法研究。3、完成我国以广州为例的多方共建模式下的社区图书馆建筑初探及主观评价方法研究。4、完成我国社区图书馆选址适宜性研究。5、完成以关联设计理论指导我国社区图书馆建筑设计趋势及设计方法的总结，提出社区图书馆的建筑设计策略。6、完成以工业遗址保护与再利用为社区建筑的策略研究。7、完成以低能耗优化设计及室内环境舒适度提升的图书馆绿色设计方法研究。8、课题组承担相关社区建筑及图书馆等公共建筑的工程设计项目，在实践中校验理论的科学性。本课题研究成果可指导社区图书馆的建筑设计，建立的理论框架和案例数据等可为后续的研究奠定坚实基础，同时也是对中小型、社区类公共建筑设计理论的重要补充。
