Multiphase flow is one of the important branch of subject of Thermal Physics, it presence widely in the engineering domain of energy sources, chemistry industry, metallurgy, petroleum and aeronautic and astronautic, etc. The measurement theory and it's principles of Multiphase flow is one of the most important question of science and technology, which is in relation to the global entironment and using of energy sources in the 21-century. However, most problems of Multiphase flow measurement in domain of industry and agriculture are not solved. So it is essential to explore new effective detecting technology and it's realization method for developing and solving Multiphase flow problems..This research put forward a multi-parameters and integrated measurement theory and method in Multiphase flow, which based on the fusion of industry process tomography technology and fuzzy correlation theory. The gas-solid two-phase flow is considered as research object, by adopting the optical array sensors which as information collection unit for tube two-phase flow, the distribution image and flow regime of measure flow profile in tube are obtained through the fusion and disposal of the measure optical information, a new means and method is presented for the demand to solve problems in industry, such as the measurement of dust particles discharge, the measurement, energy saving and control in the pneumatic of coal and other bulk particles. .
本项目首次提出一种基于工业过程流动成像技术和模糊相关理论融合的多相流动态多参数非接触集成测量的新机理与方法。采用阵列式光纤传感器复合结构,检测流动过程截面上有关的特征信息,经过信息融合与分解综合处理,准确获得多相流动态多参数。多相流测量是目前国际科技人员的主攻方向之一,探索多相流新的检测机理与方法具有广泛的应用前景。
