In the computer experiment, we started the work to find the effect and the best value of the subthreshold stimuli to convert the spiral wave and the type of border to convert spiral wave. We also started the work to analyze the procedure of the wave break and to design the three dimensional mathmatic model.In the experiment work, we finished the equipment for time-analysis, except a small part of soft ware writing. The part of the soft ware and the preparation for the hard ware for the equipment of multielectrode mapping have been finished. In the animal experiment, we had all the equipments and have operated in 7 cases of the dogs to prepare the heart muscles. In the recent 4 cases, the muscles were alive more than half hours.In all, we have finished the computer experiment and the main part of the animal experiment preparation ..
建立心肌可激媒质控制混沌动力学方程,运用控制混沌理论,进行计算机仿真实验。采用阈下共振电刺激及内部边界方法驱动旋波,终止室颤,并寻找其最佳值及最佳方案。将以上方法用于狗心肌标本实验研究。诱发室颤后,用阈下电刺激及射频消融制造边界方法,终止室颤。证实心肌可激媒质控制混沌动力学方程正确性,为临床除颤提供新的理论和方法。
