内蒙古自治区45岁以上人蒙、汉族人群脑卒中的分子流行病学研究

This study is a population based cross-sectional study aimed to find stroke distributions in Inner Mongolian Autonomous Region and, combined with the case - control method, to explore the risk factors, quality of life and other important factors of stroke among people over the age of 45.Furthermore,this study aimed to obtain basic epidemiological data and to establish genetic database of stroke among Mongolian and Han population over the age of 45 in the Inner Mongolian Autonomous Region..We plan to screen stroke patients to find genatical susceptible genes and using case-control method to explore the correlation between intermediate phenotypes as IMT, WML Hcy，hs-CRP, microvascular pathological changes and stroke. By detecting MTHFR C677T polymorphism and screening SNP / mutation of genome, we try to examine its relationship with the stroke susceptibility of Mongolian (mongols)..Based on the correlation analysis of possible risk factors including environmental factors obtained through this study, we try to explore the mechanisms of interacted impacts of genetic and environmental factors on stroke onset, and to establish a new Environmental-Genetic Mathematic Model among the Mongolian stroke patiens..

使用流行病学横断面研究方法掌握内蒙古45岁以上蒙、汉族人群脑卒中流行病学三间分布及危险因素线索，生存质量等重要数据，为科学防治脑卒中提供客观准确的流行病学数据。建立内蒙古自治区45岁以上蒙、汉族人群脑卒中流行病学、遗传学数据库。进行以流行病学为基础的病例-对照研究，对脑卒中人群开展初步的遗传易感基因筛查性研究，探讨卒中的中间表型IMT,WML及Hcy,hs-CRP,微血管病变与脑卒中的相关性。进行MTHFR C677T多态性检测，同时对该基因区域进行彻底的SNP/突变筛查并探讨其与蒙古族脑卒中易感性的关系。对所获得的脑卒中危险因素进行整体的关联分析，整合环境因素的相关数据，探讨基因与环境之间的交互作用对于脑卒中发病的影响机制，初步建立起蒙古族人群脑卒中的环境-遗传交互作用的数学模型。
