In view of the bottleneck problem for the present high energy consumption and non-renewable resources widely engineering usage, a new design methods and system theory for a kind of new green bamboo material-the bamboo culms & bamboo split/bundle composite recombination material is presented. The bamboo culms and bamboo split/bundle anti-corrosion and anti-cracking process theory, the curing mechanism of bamboo culms & bamboo split/bundle composite reorganization material using single factor experiment method under different process parameters are studied.Through physical and chemical change process,a set of multi-fields coupling model describing the forming process is established.The relationship between the performance of the bamboo culms & bamboo split/bundle composite recombination material,the whole bamboo and bamboo split/bundle is studied.Based on this,the failure model in external force, heat and wet and other loads is established.The models established above are verified by the experiment. Finally, the design theory and realization technology for the bamboo culms & bamboo split/bundle composite recombination material is established. A new bamboo material and a new design theory and method are obtained from the results of this project.The research results of this project also have an engineering guiding significance to the digital design and manufacture for other reorganization of bamboo,wood,bamboo and wood composite material.
针对目前工程中广泛采用高能耗、不可再生资源的瓶颈,提出一种新的绿色竹质材料-整竹复合竹篾/束重组材的设计新方法及其理论新体系。研究了整竹及竹篾/束防腐、防裂工艺理论,应用单因素实验法研究不同工艺参数下整竹复合竹篾/束重组材固化成型机理。通过研究整竹复合竹篾/束成型物理化学变化过程,建立一套描述其成型过程多场耦合模型,分别研究整竹及竹篾/束性能对整竹复合竹篾/束重组材性能的影响,在基础上建立在外部力、热和湿等多载荷下材料发生失效模型,并用实验进行验证。最终,建立整竹复合竹篾/束重组材成型的设计理论和实现技术。 本项目的研究成果可以提供一种新的竹质材料的设计新理论和方法,项目成果对其它竹材、木材及竹木复合重组材数字化设计制造同样具有工程指导意义。
本项目研究了一种新型绿色竹质材料-整竹复合竹束重组材,设计制造这种新型的竹质重组材,并对这种新型的竹质材料的数字设计进行了研究。对整竹防腐防裂热处理工艺研究,探索了整竹防腐防裂的工艺方法,对热处理后的重组材胶合性能进行了研究。应用断裂力学理论完成了整竹开裂、轴向压缩破坏性能数学建模研究,建立了结构用竹材的数字化设计模型,为整竹用于结构设计提供一种数字化设计方法。应用复合材料学理论,建立了竹材胶合数学模型,分析了竹材胶合强度。应用复合材料学理论建立竹束重组材数学模型,模型分析竹束重组材胶层开裂。应用复合材料学及断裂力学建立了整竹复合竹束集成的数学模型,模型分析了在受压载荷作用下重组材破坏情况,分析材料的失效。完成了整竹复合竹束重组材性能数学建模研究,实现数字优化设计整竹复合竹束这种新型重组材的目标。项目制作了整竹复合竹束重组材,并进行了力学性能实验研究,进行性能检测,获得了新型竹复合重组材检测报告,为这种新型的整竹复合竹束重组材的应用打下基础,为结构用竹材设计提供了一套有效的数字设计方法。
