跨境电子商务与国际贸易中介的互嵌模式、匹配机制及其福利效应研究

In recent years, the rapid development of e-commerce has a profound impact on international trade intermediaries, however, there is not adequate theoretical response in the academic circle on the relation between cross-border e-commerce and international trade intermediaries. This project is going to explore in the following topics: 1) The mutual embedded mode and matching mechanism of cross-border e-commerce and international trade intermediaries, and the conditions of the transformation from spontaneous mutual embedding to stable matching of both; 2) The welfare effects and dynamic changes of mutual embedded matching development between cross-border e-commerce and international trade intermediaries; 3) The theoretical constructs of international trade intermediary degree, and the empirical analysis of the welfare effects of cross-border e-commerce to international trade intermediary; 4) The policy system promoting the mutual embedded matching development of cross-border e-commerce and international trade intermediaries based on the theoretical and empirical research. On the one hand, the research of this project will construct a fundamental theoretical framework which can be developed effectively for solving the current academic debate on the relations between e-commerce and international trade intermediaries; on the other hand, the research can bring beneficial enlightenment to various countries including China when developing and implementing policies for the cross-border e-commerce development and promotion of international trade intermediaries.

近年来，电子商务的迅猛发展正在对国际贸易中介产生深刻影响，但学术界对跨境电子商务与国际贸易中介之间到底存在何种关系未能给予足够回应，为弥补这一理论缺失，本项目对以下学术命题展开研究：1）跨境电子商务与国际贸易中介的互嵌模式及匹配机制，以及两者由自发互嵌向稳定匹配转换的条件；2）跨境电子商务与国际贸易中介互嵌式匹配发展的贸易福利效应及其动态变化的条件；3）提出国际贸易中介度的理论构念，并对跨境电子商务影响国际贸易中介的福利效应进行实证分析；4）在理论和实证研究基础上，提出促进跨境电子商务与国际贸易中介互嵌式匹配发展的政策体系。本项目的研究一方面将为解决当前有关电子商务与国际贸易中介关系的理论争议提供一个基础的可供有效拓展的理论分析框架，另一方面也能对包括中国在内的世界各国协调制定和实施跨境电子商务发展及新型国际贸易中介促进政策带来有益启示。

近年来，跨境电子商务的快速发展正在对国际贸易中介产生深刻影响，但学术界对跨境电子商务与国际贸易中介之间的关系未能给予足够回应，基于此，本项目对跨境电子商务与国际贸易中介的互嵌模式、匹配机制及其福利效应进行了研究，按照项目的研究计划顺利完成了研究任务，并取得了预期的成果。研究的主要内容包括国际贸易中介与跨境电子商务的特征事实与概念解析；跨境电子商务与国际贸易中介的互嵌模式研究；跨境电子商务与国际贸易中介的匹配机制及其影响因素；跨境电子商务与国际贸易中介的内生模型及贸易福利效应比较静态分析和实证研究；促进跨境电子商务与国际贸易中介匹配发展和贸易福利增进的政策研究。. 项目完成专著一部《国际贸易方式演进与经济发展：职业中间商视角》；在SSCI期刊发表论文2篇；在国内期刊《社会科学战线》、《经济学动态》、《科研管理》、《经济学家》、《地理科学》、《东岳论丛》、《市场营销》、《华东经济管理》、《统计与决策》、《科技管理研究》共发表论文10篇；刊登于《浙江社科要报》、《杭州政务-调查研究》的三份研究成果，获得省部级领导批示。在理论方面，这些研究成果构建了基础的理论分析框架，提供了独特的、动态性的研究视域，引起了学界的关注和研究；在实践方面，它们不仅对推动地区经济发展发挥了重要作用，提供了新的管理启示，还对我国进一步促进国际贸易转型高效发展和贸易效率提高具有重要的启示意义。
