Propagation of explosion seismic wave and its damage effect is one of the.most important research fields in weapon science and engineering blasting. By means of experimental, theoretical and numerical methods, this project studies the relationships of the explosion seismic amplitudes, frequencies and action time with the explosive properties, states and locations, probes the influences of the.physical and mechanical properties of transmission media and the opographical characteristics upon the regularities of explosion seismic waves; and presents the theoretical model of seismic wave propagation along the deep underground layers. Taken the electronic computer as the typical target, this work investigates the.damage effects of the modern electronic instrument and device systems subjected.to explosion seismic loads, and suggests the mechanisms of functional failure and structural failure of hard disk drives, which are examined by experiments The suggested results may provide a certain theoretical basis for the protection of military electronic equipment and the control of explosion seism
