The report studied the analysis and determination conditions for femto gram level(10-15g) of dioxins (polychlorinated dibenzo-p-dioxins and polychlorinated dibenzofurans)in human blood, by high resolution gas chromatograph high resolution mass spectrometer device. Detection limit were 1.1~7.4 fg(17 toxicity dioxin isomers). We carry out determinations of 5 human blood samples. The results are very good, to compare to results of the dioxin graduate school of Japan by cross check method.
