Recently, there is more concerned on algae blooming growth and aggregation but short of systematic research on decomposition of algae residue associated bacteria, this study will be focused on driving mechanism of releasing of nitrogen and phosphorus during he algae residue decomposition. With the water sampled from Taihu lake and the algae residue decomposed process simulated, nitrogen and phosphorus nutrient releasing characteristics were paid more attention during aggregated algal group decomposition, centered on the responses of key bacteria population which control nitrogen and phosphorus nutrient release characteristics, revealing the microbiology mechanism of the algal residue release nitrogen and phosphorus nutrient. This project will provide scientific prevention, treatment and new ideas for controlling the endogenous pollution and algae blooming growth.
本研究立足于藻类残体分解下氮磷养分释放的驱动机制研究,针对目前蓝藻暴发性生长或聚集行为备受关注,而藻类残体的附着细菌分解行为缺乏报道的研究现状,拟采取现场湖水样品,模拟藻类残体分解的连续过程,系统研究藻群聚集体分解对水体氮磷养分的释放特征,并以控制氮磷营养盐降解与转化过程的关键微生物类群的响应为核心,揭示藻残体对水体氮磷养分释放影响的微生物学机制,为湖泊内源污染控制与水华暴发防治提供科学依据与新思路。
