The flows in the mid stages of axial compressors, which are influenced by upstream wake and downstream potential interaction, bring a huge challenge to the design of compressor. The multi-stage matching design is the classical issue in the field of turbomachinery. Most research effort has focused on the 2-D rotor-stator interaction at design operating point. However, large-thrust engine demands the compressor with higher pressure ratio, wider operating range and shorter blade in aft stages. All of these make the interaction of unsteady 3-D upstream wake flow with downstream flows more important to modern compressor design. The focus of proposal will be the unsteadiness of flow in multi-stage compressor. Based on the premise of similarity of pressure loading on the blade surface, the proposal will construct a low-speed compressor rig to model the flow in a high pressure-ratio compressor. The tip clearance size will be enlarged in order to meet the requirements in measuring data. The high-frequency responding total pressure probe will be developed to capture unsteadiness of tip clearance flow. The main research contents include: (1) Numerical and experimental investigation on the unsteady characteristics of flow field under rotor-stator/stator-rotor interacting environment; (2) The relationship between unsteady characteristics and average flow deviation angle.
在实际多级压气机坏境中,中间级都会受到上游叶片排尾迹、上下游叶片排势干扰等多个因素的影响,给压气机设计带来艰巨的挑战,是一个叶轮机械内部流动的经典难题。以往的研究多聚焦于设计工况下S1流面上二维的动静干涉,但由于未来发动机的压比更高,工作范围要求更宽,高压级末几级的叶片更短,因此,非设计工况下端区三维流动造成的三维非定常尾迹对下流叶片排的影响不能再忽略。本申请以多级压气机转子叶顶流场泄漏流非定常性为切入点,在遵循叶片表面压力系数分布相似的前提下,采用低速大尺寸试验台模拟高速压气机环境,放大叶顶间隙与叶片间距的尺寸以适应测量需要,并研制能够适应大角度非定常流动的总压探针,重点研究:(1)近失速工况下动/静和静/动叶片排之间的非定常流场特征的实验及数值研究验证。(2)上述非定常流场特征的影响因素及其与平均气流落后角的关系。
