渠道冬季输水所遇到的冰凌问题，是我国北方地区普遍现象。这方面数学模型研究，既是薄弱环节，也是迫切需要的。本课题的研究对北京市东水西调工程正常运行具有重要意义，对北方渠道运用有普遍意义和应用价值。
