The activate constituents in the roots of Rumex patientia L. have been studied, and 28 compounds were obtained. The structures of 22 compounds were elucidated, with two new compounds, one new natural product, and twelve compounds isolated for the first time from the root of this plant. The material base of promoting platelet production from Rumex patientia L. was clarified. The results were shown that fraction RP-3 can shorten the time of bleeding and coagulation and can increase platelets and erythrocytes in the marrow-restrained mice. Fraction RP-3 has the function of proliferate CFU-MK, but it doesn't act directly. This research has provided activate fractions and compounds to develop new drug for promoting platelet production in clinic. 应用60Co-r射线照射建立小鼠骨髓抑制模型,考察药物体外促进骨髓抑制状态的巨核系祖细胞增殖活性,跟踪筛选巴天酸模中促血小板生成的活性部位,应用多种色谱技术分离并鉴定活性单体化合物的结构;以多项药理指标来确证活性物质对整体骨髓抑制动物的药效,为创制高效的促进血小板生成药物提供高活性单体或良好的先导化合物。
