企业国际工程承包动态能力演化的路径依赖研究

Firstly, this study identifies different types of development paths of enterprises that engage in the international contracting business with on-site investigation and data collection, and then investigates the characteristics of the path dependence of enterprises’ international contracting dynamic capabilities concerning the connotation, dimensions and evaluation system.Secondly, this study incorporates the theories of biological evolution and competence life cycle, and studies the evolutionary mechanism of dynamic capabilities of international contracting based on the path-dependence theory using case study, which analyses the inner processes of the variation, selection and retention of enterprises’ international contracting business dynamic capabilities.Finally, focusing on different categories developing paths, this study proposes several suggestions and solutions to contribute on the cultivating, improving and the changing of the enterprises’ international contracting business dynamic capabilities in terms of executive team building, organizational structure reforming, etc. Thus, the significance of this study is twofold: firstly, it helps enterprises better recognize the evolutionary regularities of their dynamic capabilities so as to improve their dynamic capabilities and create sustainable competitive advantages. Secondly, the results of this research have significant contribution on the promotion of international construction management and the development of theoretical study of enterprises’ dynamic capabilities.

本项目在对国内外先进承包商进行实地调研和资料收集的基础上，首先，梳理出企业国际工程承包业务发展的不同典型路径，并结合企业国际工程承包动态能力的内涵、维度与测评体系，对企业国际工程承包动态能力的路径依赖特征进行论证。其次，应用生物演化理论和能力生命周期理论，从企业组织惯例角度出发，通过案例分析法研究基于路径依赖的企业国际工程承包动态能力的演化机理即对企业国际工程承包动态能力的变异、选择和留存的过程进行分析。最后，针对具有不同典型发展路径的企业，从高管团队建设、组织机构改革等方面提出企业培育、提高以及改变国际工程承包动态能力的措施和建议。本课题研究不仅为企业科学、全面地认识其国际工程承包动态能力的演变规律，进一步提升动态能力、打造可持续的国际竞争优势指明方向，而且对于促进国际工程管理和企业动态能力理论研究的发展具有极为重要的意义。

本项目在对国内外先进承包商进行实地调研和资料收集的基础上，首先，梳理出我国建筑企业国际工程承包业务发展典型路径，深入分析当前我国建筑企业国际工程承包的路径依赖特点、形成机理和有效性，对我国建筑企业国际工程承包路径变迁的合理性和方向性作出分析；其次，建立我国建筑企业国际工程承包动态能力内涵和维度，同时建立完整的动态能力模糊综合评价体系，并在当前路径依赖特性分析的基础上对我国国际工程承包动态能力进行评价，从而分析我国国际工程动态能力的综合特性和问题所在；在此基础上，应用生物演化理论和能力生命周期理论，从企业组织惯例出发，通过案例分析法研究基于路径依赖的企业国际工程承包动态能力的演化机理，深入分析当前动态能力存在问题的原因；最后，针对当前我国建筑企业国际工程承包动态能力的问题，结合演化原理，从提高组织柔性、增强自我认识、建立学习型组织和加强企业家培训等方面提出增强动态能力的措施和建议。本课题研究不仅为企业科学、全面地认识其国际工程承包动态能力的演变规律，进一步提升动态能力、打造可持续的国际竞争优势指明方向，而且对于促进国际工程管理和企业动态能力理论研究的发展具有极为重要的意义。
